The Department of Psychology organized a workshop on “Essence of Being a Therapist,” led by Ms. Sera Anna Paul, Assistant Professor at Garden City University. The session introduced core therapeutic skills, including empathetic communication, therapeutic presence, and ethical client engagement. Through real-time counselling reflections, students gained valuable insights into the professional role of a therapist and the practical realities of guiding clients. A total of 50 psychology students actively participated in the workshop held at the GCU Auditorium.
