To ensure that students do not miss on academic sessions on account of covid-19 and the ensuing lockdown, the digital learning support division of Garden City University has developed an academic engagement process through an online eco-system for fresh undergraduate students seeking admission in the first semester for all GCU degree programmes.

The advantage of this system is the seamless integration into the on-campus class mode when lockdown due to covid-19 will be completely lifted. It also helps aspirants who are awaiting results to be a part of this ecosystem so they do not have to face any academic loss. At the same time, they will have no difficulty to move into the on campus classes mode once they complete their qualifying examination and results are announced.

Student Aspirants who enroll at Garden City University would get access to GCU - ATOM on payment of Rs.25000/- (for students who have studied in India) or $500 (for International and NRI students). Further, they will be admitted into the desired GRADUATE program and whenever the lockdown period ends, the student can submit their documents, pay the balance fees and attend the on campus classes. The amount paid earlier will be adjusted against the first year fee.
