ADRS

Rise in the institutional Arbitration over ad hoc arbitration. Judiciary as a whole is promoting the arbitration and ADR culture, as a need of hour. Emphasis is laid on the establishment of separate arbitration division in the apex courts to allocate cases to impose efficiency of Arbitration process.The course is well designed to cater the need of the next generation Advocacy with increased litigation in the International Investment Law especially in Foreign direct investment.


Business and Trade Laws

Rise in the need of Business and Trade Laws expertise to opt for career as professional business laws, in-house legal counsels from companies , government officials , corporate executive , legal Professionals for an International(intergovernmental), organization and others , it is requires to specializations in Business and Tradelaws.
